Terms and Conditions
A. GENERAL
1. Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
2. London Bubble reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
3. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
4. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to London Bubble are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether expressed or implied. In no event will London Bubble be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.
5. London Bubble does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
6. Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the site including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary information.
7. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
9. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
B. MEMBERS OF BUBBLE
1. The payer becomes a Member of Bubble from the date of payment to a date which is twelve months from the date of payment.
2. Each payer represents and warrants on the date of payment and on each date that he or she remains a Member of Bubble that he or she: (i) is over 16 years of age; (ii) is making or has made the payment from his or her own freely available funds, and that the payment is not being made on behalf of a third party; (iii) has read and understood the terms of the Rules, the Operating Agreement and these Terms and Conditions. The Company and/or the Operator on behalf of the Society may cancel the membership of the payer if these representations and warranties are breached, but shall not be liable to refund the initial payment or any part thereof
3. Membership may otherwise only be cancelled subject to and in accordance with the Rules. Any cancellation of Membership (whether by or at the request of the member or the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the Operating Agreement) shall not entitle the member to a refund of the whole or any part of any payment it has made.
C. PRIVACY & SECURITY
London Bubble is committed to protecting your privacy and online security. By using the London Bubble website and entering any personal details in the site then by doing so you agree to the use of data outlined below.
We use the information you provide us:
· To process your order - we collect your name, email address and postal address.
· To contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order.
· We do not hold your credit or debit card details as these are processed by a secure payment processing site.
Your Rights: You have a right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
Your Consent: By using our site you consent to the collection, processing and use of this information by London Bubble
London Bubble cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including information you provide us when accessing or ordering from this site, unless this can be proven at law to be due to our negligence.
D. CONCESSIONS
We offer membership at a concessionary price to full-time students, (holding a valid NUS card), people over 60, people under 18, unwaged, or with a disability. To take advantage of this offer you'll need to bring some ID when you attend a London Bubble event or class.
E. STAKEHOLDER RIGHTS FOR FAN MADE THEATRE
1. Members of Bubble automatically become Stakeholders in a Fan Made Theatre project that occurs in the following 12 months
2. Each Stakeholder is entitled to one vote for each Fan Made Theatre project, on each issue that is put to a vote.
3. Each Stakeholder is entitled to one ticket to the each Fan Made Theatre show, full price Stakeholders can claim a full price ticket, Concession holding Stakeholders can claim a concessionary ticket.
4. Proof of concessionary status must be provided when collecting the ticket.
5. Stakeholders can claim any available ticket to any available show by contacting the Box Office and booking. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and claimant Stakeholders receive no extra entitlement to booking. Should a Stakeholder require a ticket for a show which is sold out they are entitled to select a different date for which there is availability.
6. Stakeholders can observe one rehearsal session by ringing the Box Office and reserving a place on the Stakeholders Rehearsal Room Bench. This will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
F. REFUNDS
1. London Bubble does not envisage making refunds, however if a case arises, this will be determined at the vendors discretion.
